Course material for the INF-BIOx121 course¶
This is the website of the PhD/MSc course High Throughput Sequencing technologies and bioinformatics analysis INF-BIO-5121/9121 that was taught at the University of Oslo from 2012 to 2017.
From 2018, the course changed format under a new name, “Genome Sequencing Technologies, Assembly, Variant Calling and Statistical Genomics”, and recieved a new course code. The material for that course can be found at the website for IN-BIOS5000/9000.
